    In May 2022, I contracted ITEK Installation Corp to install a surveillance system at my beach house. Last October 2023, one camera stopped working. I reached out to ITEK to have the camera inspected, they sent a technician to the house who determined it was damaged and needed replacement. ITEK told me that I shouldnt worry because it was still under warranty because they offer 2 years after installation. This is the moment ITEK went silent. Multiple calls, emails and FB page messages have been ignored over a period of 2 months and counting (Dec 2023). They never replaced my camera. I have a system that I purchased from them, it still under warranty, but they refuse to repair the camera. If they don't repair my camera, I will have to replace the system (DVR + 4 cameras) all together because I have no vendor to service it when I need it. I feel I paid over $899 to a company that doesnt stand by their product, doesnt honor their warranty, and dismisses their customers calls. I appreciate your help in this matter.
