If your doctor uses this company go somewhere else or phone in your payments, the company has no idea how much you owe and if a doctor can't trust them you shouldn't. The website looks like a fifth grader made it

I recommend that no physician get into a billing agreement with Veradigm. While their EMR Practice Fusion is fair and inexpensive ($150), their billing service offers no one-on-one or local support. There's not a single number devoted to assisting you. You are on your own. Their EMR DOES NOT interface at all with OPEN practice solutions either. Every time we'd finally call and get ahold of someone, it was a person in ***************, very friendly, but unable to help us or guide us in getting the patient's insurance information logged into the system, let alone getting claims paid. No matter how many emails you send them for support or asking for help, they'll simply bounce you from one agent to another and another, until someone will again tell you email a vague email such as finance@veradigm, or info@veradaigm. Even after asking them multiple times and having a lawyer send a letter to Veradigm that because they have breached their contract due to their not offering help and that they need to cease billing me monthly, they will still keep billing you monthly until your contract is over. It honestly has been a horrible experience. They have no customer service, no sympathy, and they do not care if you are a solo physician or small group practice trying to run your clinic (or start it). They will immediately get your credit card and faithfully start billing you monthly, but good luck getting any guidance or assistance!I beg you and implore to stay away from this company regarding their billing services!!!Respectfully and truthfully, Dr. ********

I am having the same issues as other customers here. We terminated the contract in 2017 due to absolute failure of performance of the software. They are continuing to bill claiming a 10 year contract for certain modules, which of course, have no purpose when the main agreement has been terminated. They hire unscrupulous collectors who call threatening the office staff, utilize claimed private investigators, and they had almost $7000.00 to the bill for "collection." ************ and its abusive tactics on its small business medical practices needs to be stopped!
