In response to my enrollment in software engineering classes, I encountered a situation where my school. , a company, was unable to reimburse me due to an unforeseen health issue. Despite providing them with medical documentation and records, I was unable to secure a refund. After persistent communication with one of their staff members for over a month, I was informed that she had transferred to another department and was no longer available to assist me. This situation has left me uncertain about how to proceed and who to contact for further ************* tuition fee amounted to $12,500, and I am seeking a resolution to this matter. I am concerned about the possibility of a scam involving the company and their lack of timely responses to my inquiries.I have attached screenshots of our communication for your reference. I would appreciate your guidance in navigating this situation and identifying appropriate channels for seeking help.Initial Complaint

I am filing a formal complaint against Coding Temple and Climb Credit for misrepresentation of loan repayment terms during my enrollment in Coding Temples cybersecurity boot camp.Upon enrollment, Coding Temple assured me that loan payments would be deferred until job placement after completing six interim payments. However, I have been informed by Climb Credit that my loan will go into full repayment immediately after the interim payments, with no deferment process.Key Concerns:Coding Temple misrepresented its payment policies during enrollment.Climb Credit has failed to provide clarity or resolution regarding this discrepancy.I request your assistance in investigating this matter and ensuring both entities align their practices with the advertised terms.Initial Complaint

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I enlisted in the military and was unable to continue with the course. I contacted Coding Temple in December 2023 to inform them of my situation and was told on January 3, 2024, that my refund was being processed. However, on March 27, 2024, after multiple attempts to follow up, I was informed that Coding Temple had requested to stop the refund process without any prior notification. Since then, I have emailed Coding Temple multiple times but have received no response. Despite their initial assurance of processing the refund, Coding Temple has not resolved the issue, and I am still waiting for my refund.Business's Attempt to Resolve the Problem:Coding Temple initially committed to processing my refund, as confirmed on January 3, 2024. However, they later halted the process without notifying me, and since March 27, 2024, they have not responded to my emails.I am seeking the assistance of the BBB to resolve this matter and obtain the refund that was initially promised.Initial Complaint

So I signed up to learn coding and I asked what I thought were common questions was assure by the recruiter that I would be able to jump right in, the class I was pushed into only a week before it started with 2 to 3 weeks of prep work to start so I was behind the gun from the star, any tutoring we were able to get were people would tell you your wrong but not really teach you what to do. So I ran behind the whole time. I spoke with one of the people in charge of making sure we were ok and told her all of this. She had given me a login to the work at your own pace class to see if it is a problem with the way the teachers I had were teaching. Not sure if it was because of me but she got let go and I lost the abilities to use the other materials. Back to always being behind. Then at the end Id did not pass . I had asked many times what I could do but didnt get a reply until I mentioned maybe re taking and then it was sure you can pay again. But past that text I heard nothing from them.Initial Complaint
