I recently purchased a home and this come came out on behalf of the seller and signed off that the foundation was good. It havent been a month and its been leaking in the basement after every rainy day. I called this company and clearly from the guy answering it wasnt a real business. No one is trying to help me resolve this problem. Its like they lying on paperwork to get the homes sold. The dry is molding in 2 weeks of living in the home. We called to get an estimate with permaseal and they stated this has been an on going problem because of the mold. It cost ****** to get fixed and the seller should be the one paying this. His name is ***********************. And I believe he knew all about the leaks.

I spoke to Ms/********** today and got and we talked about her issues. I checked the exterior of the buildings foundation for cracks and wrote a letter to the bank saying that it was sound. My survey in no way was to verify if there was or wasnt leaks. I never entered the property to look at the interior foundation at any time. In my opinion FHA failed to stop the sale because the inspector wrote in his report that he found moisture issues according to the buyer. Ive never heard of FHA approving a sale with issues as such until now. I asked the buyer to remove me from the complainant and gave her some advice on other steps she could take to get this issue resolved.
