    My name is *********************************. Im the owner of the property located ******************************************************************, ********************************.( **** }. Adjacent to my building (northbound ) is an empty lot and several people have claimed it to be theirs. It has no address on it, but the next building address is **** *************, **************************. I have recently had an incident with a person who has set up a drive-thru Covid-19 testing site called, Xpress Covid Testing, but is using my property address, **** *********** **** ** for its location. I found out about this covid testing site on August 8, 2022, but it has been set up since February 2022. I googled my property address and information on xpresscovidtesting.org appeared on the internet. I immediately called the telephone number, explained my concern and they gave me the business owner's telephone number. The owner's name is *** and he admitted that he used my address because it would be easier for people to find the covid drive-thru. I told him that what he is doing is illegal and you can't use someone's address because it was convenient for him. He became argumentive and obviously does not want to stop advertising my address as his location. He claims that he has requested correction via ******.com. and it takes a week for the request to go thru. I have also notified XpressCovidTesting.org and ****** via telephone and e-mail but they have not responded. Recently I called and a recording states that "a voice mailbox has not been set up yet and that sounds odd because I've left several messages. After several conversations with ***, I suggested to him to simply use his address. I've recently googled my property address and there has been no change so far and I don't believe he intends to do so. I also checked the website XpressCOVIDTESTING.org and saw an address change to **** *********** **** **. *****. Please help me resolve this issue.

    Hello thank you for the complaint,

    We have already submitted application reverification process to change the address to **** S Ashland. The mobile office is in a parking lot with is associated with **** S Ashland. We are being very proactive with ****** to help change the address to **** S Ashland where the mobile office is currently at. I spoke to ****** several times and I mentioned the address change could take up to a month from ******. We will do the best we can to speed up the process to get everything changed. If there is anything else we can do better we are willing to do to help resolve the situation. She mentioned that we did change it our website that we can control, but ****** verification takes a bit longer. Please let us know if there is any further steps I can take.
