    I made an Amendment, and we ended up losing more, for blacksmiths they had to make it 2 times, they asked me to pay more money promising to recover thousands, but I lost more. Proposed unnecessary change of incorporation to charge more. They inflated numbers so much that it was rejected, and she never told us that it didn't work, they told me to wait without caring that the interest kept going up until I discovered it after 2 years. They even lost documents. In addition, they are abusive and rude in their own way.

    We are sorry to hear of your perception and assumption of your case. Although there appears to be miscommunication/misunderstanding on your part, we have been continuing to assist you. While we appreciate you, please be informed that we have not misinformed you or are in the business of inflating any numbers as we base all our work on information provided by the client and we have not lost any documentation. Due to confidentiality we cannot disclose any specific client information, but some general information to better understand is as follows: Although the only service that we provided you was preparation of an amended return based on information you provided, not the original return on which has issues, you have been taking out your frustration aggressively on us, because the government has not provided information as you anticipated/desired. The issues are with the original return prepared by someone else. We have previously offered you a refund of our services as we prefer to take a loss on our work than have a person be aggressive to us and not allow for the service center to explain their processing to date. You have not accepted the refund or returned our product. However, once again the refund is hereby offered.During COVID and until recently, many tax returns were missplaced by mail/not received by the *** Clients did not keep evidence of mailing returns in most cases and had to resubmit returns sometimes 6 months -2 years later *** often may send letters based on the original return not the amended returns especially if the amended was misplaced/not received or crossed the mail while processing. Since 2020 COVID and law changes resulted in *** shortage of staff and a back log of processing of tax returns/adjustments There are many tax returns from 2020 on that still remain unprocessed by the *** and now that they have additional staff they are trying to catch up. Some of the new staff are not seasoned and may close out cases without obtaining more information.*** letters need to be read carefully to see what year and form has been assessed; **** is an original tax return and a ****X is an amended return When taxpayers have conflicting identifying information *** may get confused and have a mismatch or other issues that can cause zeroing out a return without investigation.All tax preparers depend on the ***, so issues may sometimes take a long time to resolve depending on the agent(s) and level of complexity.We have continued to assist clients even if the *** takes longer (months/years) than expected. However, clients at any time can always pay the balances reflected, but if the balances are wrong then it will take a while to have the issues unraveled to return any overpayments. We have continued to assist you with your case and have some information for you, should you elect to contact us, because specifics cannot be shared through this means. However, if you do call us or body us, we do ask that you please refrain from aggressive behavior to allow comprehension of what actions the service center has taken.Thank you
