Enhanced payments has processed over $2000 in sales since Oct 2, 2023 and never deposited them in my bank. The sales representative did not mention certain fees that they have taken from my bank. My account is in the negative and they keep running fees through my account and claim they can't deposit the sales in my bank, because of my bank. I notified my bank of the problem.Business Response

This was already resolved before the complaint was made. The merchant was unhappy and we gave her the refund. She wrote the complaint the day the refund processed. We spoke with the merchant and she stated she would remove the complaint since there are no grounds for it.Customer Answer

Enhanced Payment Systems uses a 3rd party, *************** to lease out their payment equipment. I told my Enhanced Payment Systems representatives that I did not want this equipment. I just realized 9 months later that I am being charged $80 for 48 months for equipment I never received and I told them on the phone that I did not want the equipment when they called to set up a time to deliver it. This is a $3800 lease obligation that I was tricked into signing and then after that, I never received the equipment regardless. Very deceiving company with shady practices.Customer Answer

Enhanced Payment Systems has misrepresented their entire business model/process to us at Gt Series 1 LLC. This company has erroneously combined two separate business entities in a contract, and that is unacceptable. ***************** Motorsports LLC is a completely separate entity and did not agree to business with this company. They misrepresented the additional "requirements" for this contract. They also omitted any information about all the additional companies that are intertwined in this convoluted scam. ENHANCED PAYMENT SYSTEMS, FINOVA CAPITAL, PRIVVY are just 3 of the companies.The salesperson told us we were just to pay monthly for the online access for processing. However, upon further review, the contract does not state anything about that. The contract is for a machine that you "lease". We DID NOT approve/order/request any machine as we are an online business. It appears that this company is trying to pull a fast one, and secure contracts/equipment leases fraudulently. It is our belief that the scam is to get all your company information, obfuscate any truth, and get a machine into your hands. As soon as you touch the machine, you're theirs. Attached documents show a lease information page that was not signed by **.As of today, 04/25/2023 we have not signed into/registered on any merchant online account, activated online services, nor have we opened or operated the machine this company sent to ***************** Motorsports LLC. We have sent 5 emails to all connected companies, letting them know to send a return shipping label for the box, and cancelling any agreement with them. I have attempted to communicate directly with our salesperson, and those communications have been ignored.It is quite obvious this company has no intention of communicating or honoring our demand for cancellation.Business Response

Enhanced Payment Systems strives to ensure all customers are happy and taken care of. My team has called you over a dozen times to discuss your account. Your account was closed and no monies were exchanged before you even made this complaint. The business name given to the sales rep is what was entered on the application. When you call the business number listed, it is clear we had the correct information on the application. I have attached a pdf of the email sent to the merchant, letting them know the account is fully closed and cancelled. As for the claim that we use several different business names... The three names the complaint stated were Privy, Finova, and Enhanced. Privy is our CRM software that our sales reps use to keep track of their merchants. It has nothing to do with your account other then for ** to keep track of you. Finova would be our financial supplier for loans and leases. Enhanced is our company name. We do apologize if you believe our sales rep misrepresented Enhanced in any way. As you can see, we immediately took action when you expressed that you were unhappy. We cancelled all accounts the same day you expressed that concern. You were never charged by us so there is nothing to refund.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:*********************** stated as a reason for the fraudulent merchant account, "Your voicemail even says ***************** Motorsports" A voicemail message is NOT a legally binding ANYTHING. It is simply a voicemail message. Using that as part of an excuse is not valid.
Secondly,it is apparent that this company does not understand the definition of Legal Entity. A LLC is a legal entity in and of itself. One cannot simply interchange or combine legal entities to accomplish the end result they desire. It is not as simple as, "...updating the legal name" as ************** stated in a previous email. If in fact this company had "approved" GTSeries1 LLC,then there should have NEVER been any communications, shipments, etc. using ***************** Motorsports LLC as the primary company.
When I called the company, I was told that GTSeries1 LLC was never activated. ***************** Motorsports LLC was. ********************* emailed me the information from our phone conversation on 04/25/23. " Per our conversation today, the account for ***************** Motorsports - MID #**************** has been closed. The account for GT Series 1s was never opened. Both accounts have been closed". This is FRAUD. As per your ****************** email, he stated, "The account approved was GT Series !" Obviously he lied.
************ and their "partners" also did not understand the fact that as of April 25, 2023 "... all contracts are canceled". Your partner company, Finova charged our bank account $95.13 on 05/01/23 and your company charged my bank account $54.95 on 05/02/23. We require these funds to be refunded/returned to our bank account immediately.
I cannot believe the gall of this company! ************ (and the partner companies)have committed FRAUD!! They opened a merchant account using a business entity that DID NOT sign ANY CONTRACTS with this company, or any of the partner companies.We still demand refund/reimbursement of a total of $150.08. These funds were fraudulently taken from our bank account well after the confirmation that any/all accounts, leases, etc. were cancelled as of 04/25/2023.

We are not sure exactly what you are asking for considering the account was opened with your permission and closed immediately after you stated you were unhappy. The money you were asking for was your first payment which was refunded to you. There is nothing more we can do for you as we owe you nothing. You filled out all of the paperwork with ** and signed, dated and gave your initials, allowing ** to run your business through our credit check system. You wanting ** to use or not disclose your companys actual name is fraud, which we will not do for you. We are a financial institution, and must follow the guidelines that are set forth for us to follow. Again we are sorry that you were unhappy with the fact that we could not fill out the paperwork the way you wanted to. I would like to file a complaint against this company. Some of the Enhanced Payment Systems employees are not honest. They sneak in a 48-month non-cancel equipment rental contract. Their sales *************************** came to our company showing how they could save us money on credit card processing fees and asked me to sign a bunch of papers for credit card processing. A few days later, a guy called and told me that our processing was completed and approved. He mentioned that he would order a processing terminal for us. I told him that we don't need since we are an online business. He said I can keep it for free. Later we got a small gadget looks like a processing terminal that we never used because we not need it. After we switched to their company, we got several charges from different names. None of them had phone numbers, and we never got a statement from them. I just assumed they were parts of the processing fees. Recently I calculated and noticed the processing rate is very high. I tried to ask for a statement but could not get hold of them. I called the number listed on the processing App, Authorize.net, but the number is not correct. It belonged to the merchant we used before. I also called customer support for their number, but I still could not get the correct number. I asked our bank agent if they could find the phone numbers on those charges, but was told no. After I ran out of options to contact them, I asked our bank to block all the charges. Finally, someone from a loan company called and said that we could not stop the payment. They sent me a couple of papers showing a signed non-cancellable "contract" for 48 months of leasing the terminal. They mentioned that they got the paper from Enhanced Payment Systems. I never saw or signed a contract like that. Also, we never got the processing terminal listed on the paper. We've been charged about $1400 for the past 3 years for nothing, and we need to straighten this out as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

Enhanced Payment Services has overcharged us for fraudulent transactions that happened on our merchant account. As the merchant services provider they should have noticed the account was hacked by outside sources who then tried to run thousands of transactions under our merchant account without our knowledge. The merchant services provided us with the terminal, ****************** used. We did our part of being PCI compliant when the fraud occurred. Enhanced Payment Services has failed on their part of keeping our account secure & free from outside hackers. They have overcharged us in fees on fraudulent transactions we did not even know were occurring in August 2022. They are also demanding payment on fraudulent transactions that were not our fault and happened in September 2022. At this point they owe us $2000-3000 in fraudulent transaction fees. They have tried to say this was our fault due to not being PCI compliant which was not true; we even provided proof that we were PCI compliant when they fraud happened. Next they said it was the Gateway Software's fault - they provided us the gateway software; this was not something we were able to choose. It has been 4 weeks now with minimal responses from Enhanced Payment Solutions about making this right and refunding us. I have been with this credit card processing company for over 4 months I'm trying to reach them no response from any of the customer service agents regarding disputes with my account I tried to reach the sales agent she doesn't return my phone calls I've left numerous emails for this company to get back to me with with my cases and I've not heard any responses I will not recommend anybody to use this company whatsoever horrible customer serviceBusiness Response
