    On May 21, 2024, I signed up to become a client of The School of Credit Repair. At that time, they were advertising (via Instagram) a special clean sweep program for the cost of $49.00. After signing up for the program, I was directed to sign a contract and sign into their portal to upload all of the required documents. I was able to sign in and upload the documents and giving them access to my credit monitoring. I waited and received no updates or anything about them working on my credit issues. In early July, I attempted to go into the portal to check the status. I was unable to access the portal and change the password multiple times and kept getting an error message. I emailed them on July 9th. To date, I've gotten NO response. On July 17th, I sent them a message via Instagram. No response. I decided to post a negative comment on one of their IG posts and they responded on the direct message with a link to join their program. I responded back and again, no response as of today, August 1, 2024. At this point, I believe that this may be a scam in order to gain access to personal information.This is the contact info listed at the bottom of their emails:School Of Credit Repair ****************************************** ************

    On February 16 2024 I purchased A credit repair service for a one time fee of ***** . I was given a login for a client portal. I uploaded all of my personal information into their system. Only one rep has reached out for an initial interview, she set me up after that i havent been able to get in touch with anyone. Until I threatened to report their company to BBB, then the young lady text me back saying that she was sick and that she set me up with representative that never reached out!
