      ****** has been set up for persons who lost money on their previous platform. This is the Recovery Site. There is no way to contact them except through their **************** When signing up- you have to choose one of their named companies to have your *** Recovery Money sent to. I chose **********. I received an email a couple of months ago saying there was a discrepancy with the information on **********. I have been emailing back and forth for 2 months trying to get this straightened out. The email address and the name on the Kraken account are the same that are on the *** Recovery account. It took forever working with both companies to get this resolved. I thought it was resolved and I am expecting my money to be transferred April 20, 2025 but yesterday i received another email from *** saying there are discrepancies. Again, I contacted the *** support team via email yesterday. I said I need someone to call me because this has gone on too long. I have heard nothing. Im beginning to think this is a scam and Im never going to recover any funds I want someone to call me and resolve this immediately. The next distribution is supposed to be April 20th and I cant waste anymore time. Please have a manager or someone who knows what they are doing call me immediately to get this resolved once and for all.

      Victim of identity theft: 03/2023 Date of discovery. Been working with a ID Theft recovery specialist remedying the matter. 02/2022 FTX.US Acct compromised. Acct details loggin changed. Funds taken without authorization. No recovery or claim was warranted to me. Reached out several times about the issue. 02/2022, 05/2022, 09/2022, 01/2023 03,2023!       I deposited funds into the *** almost a year ago and suddenly they filed for bankruptcy and moved all funds to an unknown account is what I have learned. I would like compensation plus interest for embezzling my hard earned monies and an explanation as to why would they do such a thing to Americans across the nation? The application doesnt even show *********** anymore, it hasnt updated or anything. I tracked it usually weekly and watched the ethereum I purchased carefully. It was up and I could always withdraw but now I cant. It clearly shows that I was able to sell my share. So that is my proof of purchase. Not to mention, my bank NFCU has records, I will not disclose my banking information because I have clearly been scammed already by these people. My family and I have served in the military to protect the rights of these buffoons who have no integrity at all. It is not right and I wish I had the ability to *** these people. I will never purchase crypto currency again thanks to you ***. Absolutely absurd.

      I have USDT ON THE FTX US PLATFORM IN CRYPTOCURRENCY.yesterday ,the 3rd of december2022,I tried to withdrawl my money from the ftx us platform and transfer it to my ******* account ,however I had forgotten my withdrawal password.After accessing ftx us tech support ,I had my password changed so I could proceed with my withdrawal.The withdrawal should take about ***** minutes to complete.after realizing this didn't happen,I then contacted FTX US technical support to find out why.They had told me that because I changed my password they said i was not who I claimed to be and put a hold on my account .they then proceeded to tell me that I needed to deposit another 500$ into the account within 24 hours or they would then freeze my account.I tried to explain to them that I didn't just have 500$ that I could deposit into the account and asked them if there was any other way I could prove who I say I am,and withdrawal MY MONEY from there platform.They then ignored all my attempts to further communicate with them.all I want is my 700$ US back in my ******* account . Now my account will be frozen and there is absolute nothing I can do, making it harder that I live in ********* ,and FTX US being an American company.I feel that they are holding me to ****** with my own money which they have now prevented me from receiving , leaving me with no way to move forward and resolve this problem.is there any way you can help me sort this out?Kind regards *******************

      Had money set up ***** USD) to be withdrawn via ACH transfer on the 8th of November. Never received my funds that were suppose to come my way. Company filed for bankruptcy but never mad announcements before hand, only ********** that I would receive my money. I would like my money transferred over. Currently cant get evidence or screenshots since the website was hacked and no information is shown or accessible
