    I purchased a $302.25 money order from PLS check cashers at ********************************************************************************* this was on September 2nd ************************************************************************************************************************************* to PLS ***************************************************************************** phone number ************ and I had to pay $15 for stop payment and I filled out a money order stop payment refund request form on October 10th 2022 the representative for PLS said it would take 6 to 8 weeks before I received a check back in the mail they took a copy of my ID I filled out the form paid the $15 to stop payment and I called back in November to check the status of the check at the phone number that was provided ************ the representative inform me that the check was mailed out but unfortunately the postal service sent the check back to PLS because the address wasn't right so I asked to representative to tell me what address they had on file because they had a copy of my ID and the form they had my address right but zip code wrong so I gave them the correct zip code and they put everything updated and sent it through email to the bank they told me to call back in a couple of weeks I called back they said I was on the check waiting list this was at the end of November that they informed me that I was back on the checklist for my check to be mailed out it's now March 2023 I'm still on the list for my check to be mailed out and they still haven't mailed it out every time I call to check the status is the exact same thing my name is on the list and they don't know when the check will be mailed out and I've been going through this problem ever since November 22nd I hope you all could help me with this situation I'm disabled I'm blind and I'm in a wheelchair and it's very hard for me to get around $302.25 is a lot of money to lose especially when you disabled and you don't get much anyway but I hope you all could help me get a refund thank you ***********************
