    I was charged $872.81 for a $650 service. I told the owner I couldnt find the very first receipt. He sent me another receipt that looked nothing like the first one. I now have both receipts and even the things I was charged for were different. I told him to make things even to make the rest of the tshirts I was charged for. I initially ordered 25 but only received 10. He asked when did I need them. I told him 4/12 and he stopped responding. Ive been texting and calling.

    August 5 I purchased as shirt from ******* ***** and took it to Tellem Kustom to have my name placed on the front and bridal shower information placed on the back. The young man took my information stated the total was *****, the shirt would be ready later on that day, and have my receipt when I return for pickup. Never received a phone call that day nor over the weekend. I called the place of business to checked the status again Tuesday, same young man stated he will call when shirts are ready. NEVER received a call back. Called place of business on Friday same young man answered again stated my shirt was ready for pickup. Arrived at the place of business rang the Ring Camera Doorbell, buzzed in, handed young man my receipt for shirt. Young man asked if I had a **** shirt, I stated NO. Young man handed me someone else shirt with my name it. I stated I wasn't mine and would like a refund. Young man asked me for a receipt, I stated I have him the receipt upon enter the door. Young man stated he NEVER took a receipt from me and stood there as of he wasn't about to refund my money. I scanned the counter seen my receipt went to pick it up, gentlemen snatched receipt, stated is wasn't mine. However it was my receipt because the last 4 digits of my card was on there. Gentlemen claim he was going to refund all my money back to my card. I received the ***** but the money for my shirt I NEVER received. While at work I called back to the store the same gentlemen claim he would send my money for my shirt right away and never did. When I call back I am unable to get through.
