I found these guys and paid them to file a bankruptcy case for me. I did everything I was suppose and waited for a while. Ive reach out them several times to ask whats going on with my case and what is happening. No one answers any emails or calls. I got ahold of one women a couple of days ago who told me she would call me right back after talking to **** my lawyer and find out whats going on. I havent heard anything back from anyone. *** tried calling several times today and just keep getting a voicemail. I did pay this company a lot of money and am have a very hard time getting any kind of answers. At this point I was wondering if I can get a refund so I can find someone else to file my claim. I paid them $2,318.00. Im not sure what to do or how to go about this can someone please let me know how to fix this. Thank you very much. I have emails and call logs to prove everything Ive attached a few but have more if you need.
