    I was going to get some dental work done and decided to put a down payment forthe work and I and I ended up getting a second opinion and I worked with the manager **** for the past year and a 1/2 to try and get a refund she is extremely rude and refuses to refund me the $300 that I put down I want a refund I went elsewhere to get the issue that I had taken care of I will not go back there and I do not recommend anyone to go there and when i tried to continually discuss the situation with First Family Dental they time and time again were rude to me and even hung up on me multiple times I just want a refund from a practice thats extremely unprofessional whom I thought I can trust. Please help

    Patient came 07.13.20 for exam and x-rays and requested treatment (lower Flipper). Has Knee surgery on August 2020. Doctor ********** for any tx pt needs medical clearance from her primary dr.

    07.20.20 pt came back with  medical clearance and started the Lower Flipper . Fees were presented and  pt agreed to start with impressions and make pmt. Total Fee $700-$****** pt paid on 07.20.20 =$512.50 balance left. 

    7.20-20 she paid with a check $****** (****** for her acct and ***** towards her daughters acct)   both accounts in collection prior this treatment too. 

    We called her many times to come in. She always claimed she doesn't have time or she wants to do full dentures. After so many calls regarding the balance her account went back to collection again. She is requesting ****** refund but we did the treatment for her and her  daughter (we have signed tx) and we started the lower flipper and she agreed on it. In our office policy that she signed clearly states she is responsible to return to finish any treatment that is sent to a lab and responsible for full payment.

    attached is 1. dr.notes from 7-13-20 and 7-20-20   2.office policy   3.medical clearance for the lover flipper  4.and check that she made payment 7-20-2020 of ****** clearly states in memo for flipper and daughters acct *****************  

    Several times that we spoke with her, she's very rude, unappropriated, cursing and swearing. all the calls are noted in her acct.
