Stay away from this dental clinic at all costs. They don't even deserve one star. Since 2021, I've struggled with jaw issues and consulted two dentists and a jaw specialist. Despite trying different nightguards and exercises, my condition worsened. Recently, I found Chicago Dental Arts for comprehensive care. My experience was a nightmare. The staff was friendly, but ************** was appalling. He interrupted my explanation with, "No need to repeat. I heard the beginning." This dismissive attitude was just the start. Holding my nightguards and still masked, I continued my history. ************** put on gloves and made a snide comment about the cost, implying it might be beyond my mean sun professional and insulting. When I asked about non-Botox treatment options, trying to understand all possibilities, he abruptly became aggressive. Removing his gloves before examining me, he snapped, "Then go see a neurologist." Confused, I asked why, and he dismissively replied, "I don't know. They might give you alternative treatments." Before I could ask more, he angrily said, "I won't treat you. I wont even consult with you. I don't have time for this," and stormed out, leaving me shocked. The assistant was stunned, and I asked, "Am I supposed to pay for this?" After discussing with the office, I left without paying. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was with **************. His rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior was completely unacceptable. Avoid Chicago Dental Arts at all costs. This doctors conduct was disgraceful.
