I've been going to Dr. ********************** for oral care for several years. Aside from my very first implant, he has performed all the others. In June, 2020 I went to Dr ********************** for oral care concerning lower teeth on the right side rear of my mouth. We talked about it and Dr. ********************** suggested getting a bridge, as opposed to implants. I was partial to getting implants. l felt implants would have been better because it was my belief they'd have been stronger and would last longer. Per the doctors suggestion, I went with the bridge. Since having that bridge placed in my mouth, it has been dislodged twice (counting the most recent occurrence). The doctor had me come into the office where he reinserted the bridge. (not too long ago). This time when the bridge came out (June 5th, 2024), I immediately called Dr **********************'s office and they had me to come in June 6th, 2024. The doctor didn't come into the office until sometime around 11:30 but in the interim he had one of his dental care assistants do x-ray's. When the doctor got in and looked at the x-rays, he stated "this looks bad". He went on to say what the solution was and that if he'd done the work he would redo it at no cost. I interjected with "you did do the work doc". He adamantly insisted he didn't do the work and went to the front desk and brought billing papers to show me. He went on to say he had reinserted the bridge the first time it had come out but he hadn't done the original work. Dr. ********************** went on to say how important it was not to wait too long to do the work needed for my dental care because of bacteria leading to ill health effects.I called my dental care insurance and confirmed that Dr. ********************** had done the dental {bridge) work in June of 2020 at a total cost of #****; $5987 was my out of pocket expense. After I confirmed he'd done the work I called him back; he said he'd call be but I haven't heard back from him at this point. I need immediate resolve as a senior concerned about my health care.
