I have been trying to get my x-rays emailed to me for the past month repeatedly calling the office and corporate. The office staff tell me x-rays have to be sent from corporate, which makes no sense when they obviously have access to my x-rays. When I call corporate they tell me they were sent already. When I let them know I did not receive them and ask if they can try resending them to me they refuse. As the patient I have a right to my medical records and x-rays and Aspen Dental is refusing to send them to me which is illegal. Avoid this company at all costs and go to a local dental private practice instead!

On Friday night 12/2/22 night I broke an upper incisor tooth. It is still somehow attached by a ligament or something. I called Aspen Dental and left a message. My call was returned by ***************** the following Saturday. I already had x-rays concerning this that ***************** the previous week saw and stated the tooth may go at any minute. ***************** stated she would try to see me sometime during the later part of the week. I talked to a staff member about being put on some stand by list for cancellations. I was given an appointment for Wednesday 12/7/22. I took the afternoon off from work to go to the appointment. When I got there, I again had to take x-rays, of which I had gotten some less than a week ago. I thought I was going to have the broken tooth removed. ***************** informed me the tooth is still broken and that my options were either a floater or a tooth removal and implant and temporary tooth. I was ready to have the procedure but she stated she couldn't do it. I still have a broken tooth in place, I can't chew or bite down on anything. I just spoke to an office associate who stated she would email me a referral to have it looked at, which will take more time before being seen. Meanwhile, I am still dealing with a broken tooth in my mouth. In my opinion, it is unfathomable that a patient has to walk around with a broken tooth and not be seen immediately for treatment. The treatment provided by ***************** was to use orajel around the broken tooth for now. At the beginning of the new year I will seriously consider leaving this micky mouse operation. I have had two other similar occasions that I decided to not comment on. This is their third strike.

Worse company ever. Theyve ruined my life and now refuse to talk to me. They extracted some of my teeth without my authorization and now they refuse to speak to me and has refused my request for a refund for seven months. It looks like I have to get a lawyer.

I came to Aspen dental 1 years ago to get a tooth crowned. After a year, the crown fell off. Ive had crowns from other dentists that have been in my mouth for 20 years, so this is NOT normal. However, I understood things happen. They said they couldn't see me for a month but said it would be okay with no crown for a month. A month later, I come in, hand them the crown that I've been carrying in my wallet for a ************ (without sanitizing it) quickly glue it in my mouth and rush me out the door. A week later, I was in the most awful pain & tried to call back to make another appt. I couldn't get a callback or anyone to make me an appt until I finally threatened legal action. They said the crown had been off too long & as a result, my bite was now off. They prepped me for a new ************ me home with a temp. This temp was also too high of a bite &, about another week later, I felt like my jaw was dislocated. I couldn't open my mouth more than halfway. They put my perm crown in & I could tell right away my bite was off so, even though they were once again trying to rush me out the door, I insisted that they fix it. That was almost a month ago & Im STILL in pain. I called last week to make an appt & either received their voicemail or they would pick up and immediately put it on hold until I would give up and hang up. I left a msg with no callback. I called Monday over & over again until, at 12:59 on Mon, 9/19, someone answered and I told her I was in pain and desperately needed to be seen and she found a time for today (9/22) at 10am so I rearranged my schedule to be there. When I arrived, I was not only informed that I didn't have an appt, I was also informed that no one there had spoken to me in a month (so she basically implied I was lying). When I explained all of the above, she, in a monotone voice, told me that they don't accept walk-ins. I then called the corporate office and was, again, completely dismissed. No one there cares, and it shows.
