    BRINKS does NOT inform subscribers that there is a substantial payment due if the subscriber wishes to cancel before their contract expires. I was not given notice of this provision. Also my contract was renewed w/o my permission. Consequently, I was charged the full amount of the penalty for breaking a new contract (i.e., x33 months.) which I did NOT authorize. By the way, this is the 2nd time I was "signed up for BRINKS" w/o my authorization. In 2018 BRINKS bought out a home security company called LIVE WATCH. LIVE WATCH customers were picked up ********************** w/o prior notice or authorization. I kept BRINKS for x3 yrs. When the terms of my contract were I emailed the company expressing my desire to discontinue the service on MARCH 19th. When I called the **************** they said they didn't receive my e-mail & told me that my contract was renewed w/o my express authorization. Consequently, I was charged $1091.64 to break my "new" contract! I want my money back because BRINKS did not notify me that: 1) That BRINKS could renew a contract w/o authorization; 2) That BRINKS could charge a penalty for breaking a contract prior to the expiration of the contract w/o informing the customer of this policy.Thank you for considering this rather long letter.
