  ******** got ******* by a website that they host. Shady practices of using unregistered domains and via emails. Websites show warnings in Norton. It's now a matter for **** investigations. Only $30 but I don't like it much when people take advantage of family members. BBB should be ashamed of themselves with a rating like this.

  Service is abysmal. Stay away 100%. And this is not a US business. And why that's not investigated is so shady. That office "address" is a building that is currently for sale, and likely just a "virtual" address being used. The BBB should do a better job of actually protecting US consumers.Should be negative stars.

  spam, spam and more spam. They can not possibly be accredited. The business address in is *******, **. The phone number is from *******, ** and the website address if for ***** Arabi!!!!!!Seems legit?????????? A+ rating???????

  I can't really say if this company serves it's customers well... But that's my problem. I'm trying to acquire some basic information that's not spelled out readily on the website via the product description pages. (Like, what does "free DNS" mean...does that minimal phrase indicate DNS hosting / servers are provided with a domain registration? If so, can one opt in or out...is the cost included in the price of registration, or is there an up-charge, and what is the fee if the latter...what type of domain / ddos protection if any does Sav provide with DNS hosting services, and what is the cost of that if it's additional to the price of registration?) But one cannot chat nor submit a ticket request without an account. This is not helpful if one is trying to decide if they even want to do business with Sav based on what their products do or don't include. They look promising, but if basic service is nonexistent prior to signing up, how does one gauge if signing up is warranted?

  these people make websites for scammers. why does this have accredited sticker?they literally set up the websites for fake shops. why is bbb giving them a listing and trust?

  SUBMITTED TO BBB: 12/06/2022 - EDITED Sav.com LLC does not appear to be BBB accredited at the time of this review & there is most likely several reasons for this - mainly their shady existence with no phone number to reach them for any reason! Their customer service is non-existent & "company policy" is always used in their defense for ALL issues (whether stated on-site or not)! They are not customer friendly & responses to support requests (if you can even make such request) take 2-3 days & even then rarely resolve issues. Further complicating doing business with this company is that the only way to request help is to initiate a support request through their ticketing system that you can only access when logged in to your account. Problem is, when their 2-factor Authentication is not functioning - it is IMPOSSIBLE to submit a Support request & there is no Phone Number to call for assistance! Use caution if you decide to do business with this company!!!
