Plaster repair was contracted and performed between 9/18 and 9/25. The price included a hepa vacuum being used to clean the areas worked in and to tape off all doors and windows. The original price was $2,225.00. I was out of town and ******* had a key to my house and said he was fine with some furniture left in place, that he would wrap everything to protect from plaster dust. He called me twice to expand the repairs and I said yes for a new total of $3,900.00. The invoice states less $200 if paid upon completion, which I unfortunately did. I returned home to find plaster dust everywhere, clogged drains, unwrapped doors and windows and a bunch of furniture moved to a room I asked him not to enter. The worst of it is that two air conditioner window units are packed with plaster dust. He left them running and did not cover them. They are not safe to use nor able to be cleaned. I have asked him to replace them and he has not responded to that request. I sent photos and video of some of the damage he caused The last I saw him, he claimed he had cleaned and that I agreed to the mess he left behind. I did pay him in full before discovering the air conditioners. There is about $1400 in damages but I only asked for the air conditioners to be replaced. Cost of $600.00

Unfortunately it appears that this customer is confused.  We always cleaned up during the entire project, as well as masked up as much as posible and we ran an airscrubber but since the patches were spread out throughout entire 2 floors it was nearly impossible not to have some dust.  While project was progressing we found molded drywall in 2nd floor attic so in order to keep my team and her dog sitters health out of jeopardy we had to circulate some air (also those days were very hot so its not posible to work in very hot moldy conditions).  We also painted the ceilings in the second floor but we first quoted her first via phone call then email.  After we finished the work she requested for us to leave the rosin paper on as she was going to take advantage of that in order to continue on painting walls, trim and doors.  Nearly a week after she emailed me about how great the work we did was, did she started to complain about the ac.  Keep in mind she and or her painting crew then sand prepped to paint walls, doors and trim also produces dust as well as pulling off rosin paper.  The picture in her tub drain is mostly pet or human hair and we only lightly sanded a patch directly above that.  The client still owes a balance so I have no choice but to file a mechanics lein on her property for which I will continue to take the proper steps to ensure that.  I provided a link with pictures to support that what Im mentioning is consistently honest: ************************************************************************
