    In Jun of 2024 I gave *************** a payment of 700 dollars to get my RTD process started. He told me the $700 was do cover all my expenses for the program he provide, once I get to drug test portion of the program he told me I had to pay an additional $150 to his friend at ******************. This payment of $150 was not something that **************** had mentioned or me at anytime up until I had to take the drug test. On Tuesday September 10th 2024 I messaged **************** to inform him that I wasnt having any luck finding jobs because I simply did not have the addition $150 they were asking for in order for me to take the drug test and return to work. He called me while Im at the gym and I was getting my cardio on so my words were choppy and my tone was misconstrued as an attitude and that mustve upset *************** because next thing you know he was degrading me calling me a dumb ***, stupid, and a child. I let **************** know via text that, that attitude and behavior is not acceptable at all but definitely not in a business setting where youre talking to your client is extremely frowned upon and unacceptable. Now hes saying hes refusing to service me for a service I payed 700 dollars for.

    Please this argument is with the ***** he was caught for diluting a Drug test not me. He was explained on his next steps to get back to work. I can't help if no one wants to hire him for Diluting a ***** Drug test that is governmentally watched he needs to have a RTD Drug test done to clear the other aspects of his Return to Duty ( RTD ) in the clearinghouse. He was given a site that will take care of him, but he doesn't want to pay for it. as for him and his attitude he started threatening me physically and verbally I didn't go to ***** to file a complaint, but he needed to learn how to talk to someone on the phone then started texting which i do not do professionally to call ***** who is a professional associate and pay to get back to work I have nothing to do with his RTD Testing...

    I truly wish him luck in his employment endeavors...

    I am rejecting this response because: you are disrespectful and unprofessional and because I paid you for a service that youre not providing on the flyer you sent me prior to me sending you the payment of $700 it said that u offered in house DOT/RTD drug Collection for clearinghouse. Yet when I get to the drug screening part of the program you told me to go to your friend ***** at covilabs and pay him $150. So the issue here is that you had me pay you for a service you do not provide aka false advertisement also I never threatened you nor did I get disrespectful. I say on the phone letting your curse me out and degrade me for 5 minutes because maybe you woke up on the wrong side of the bed but to sit on this site and fabricate is not ok ****************** just would like to get done with this whole situation and return to work the only thing stopping me and is you because like I said earlier you falsely advertised a service that you do not offer. If you could offer me in house drug screening I would be able to get to the next steps which would be returning to work.

    Why should I pay for an RTD Drug test when it's your fault of the incident that got you where you are at now? I didn't test you I got you thru this and now you want me to drug test you and find you a Job and pay for the drug testing? No, it's not my responsibility its yours! Take responsibility for your actions and handle you situation as a grown man please. I sent you the referral to get your RTD taken care of so move forward I did what FMCSA regulations requires me to do. Is this why do didn't file a complaint with FMCSA. Because they would say as I said it's your actions that lead you here.  And you should handle your own mistakes a USDOT-SAP is not required to go any further...

    I am rejecting this response because: Im not gonna continue to go back and forth, youre unprofessionalism is showing in the messages arguing with me instead of taking any accountability nor trying to rectify your wrongdoing. Youre disrespectful attitude is the reason were having this conversation today and because I paid you for a service you falsely advertised, actually I paid you for a service that youre not providing me with.
