I started with this business in late 2019. They were very eager to acquire new business as they were just starting with the class booking site. They offered either a one time payment of right at $400 or a monthly fee for access and use of the site. Since my class business is only intermittent, and I was just starting out, I opted for the One Time Fee to work around not having classes every month. This went ok, although Covid pretty well ended in person classes for me. At the end of 2021, they announced that their new pricing structure would mean a $19/month fee from now on. I argued that I had already paid the One Time Fee, and thus was granted access anytime without monthly fees. They would get their listing fees, as usual. Their response was that they didn't really know what they were doing then, so this was to fix it. Also, they said that at $19 per month I had used up $400 since I signed up. That wasn't the agreement! Plus, I only used it a few times. Again, I pointed out that monthly fees shouldn't apply to the customers who opted for the ONE TIME fee over monthly fees. They offered to just apply the $400 monthly @ $19 per month until it ran out at which point I must start paying. I feel that I am being charged for something that I already bought. I requested a refund, which they ignored. I filed a BBB complaint, which they ignored. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of ********, which they also ignored. Do not recommend! They change agreements as they please.
