    I did not renew my subscription in 2022 and spoke to to the associate at InTouch networks and canceled the subscription. Now in 2024, they are coming back to me asking for the payment. They have now become Actuate Global and demanding payment for the services I did not use since 2021 as I canceled the subscription over the phone.This is border line fraud that they are now threatening a legal action. My account is canceled, and I should owe nothing.Best,Anurag

    InTouch and their new acquirer, ************** is insisting on collection of "auto-renewals" when they did not offer or complete their service. The website was moved and unavailable. It did not offer the stated benefit. Their communication tactics are horrible and designed to intimidate. It is purely a money-grab with no desire or intention to help customers or deliver on service promised.

    They said they have board placement of up to 87 percent. There are only 4 jobs total on their board and most are equity or investment seeking. I am really experienced on boards and told them I strictly wanted job board and did not want coaching. *************************** did a hard sell and never communicated again. I reached out and they are becoming less responsive and longer in their encounters. I spent 850$ and got absolutely nothing for my money and scammed.
