    I ordered a product from this business. It never arrived after months of waiting and trying to get in contact so the order was cancelled and reordered. I received two of their devices (Handheld Corona Treater); one which was supposed to be cancelled but it arrived broken so I sent it back and confirmed received by them but I still get emails for them trying to bill me for the broken and returned device. We have confirmation of payment for the non broken one we received. They do not respond to any emails or any attempts to contact to inform them of the incorrect billing. Seems like a suspicious shell business to me. Additionally the device I did receive correctly produced harmful OSHA breaking levels of ozone, confirmed by *** testing, which wasnt disclosed in the operating manual. I had been using it for months without knowing until an undergraduate research using the machine had trouble breathing and had to go to urgent care which prompted the *** investigation and ozone level finding. In my opinion this business is a poorly run and its products are dangerous.

    We purchased a product and returned it because it just didn't meet our needs. We went throught the proper channels to return, ie getting an RMA number and sending it per their instructions. They received the item, and claimed they issued a refund, but there was no refund. I have tried calling and emailing them several times but get no answer or an automated respomse.
