May 4 2022 I ordered ** parts from Bigdog Electronics to repair a TCL brand ** for my son. My son decided he did not want the ** fixed so I sent the parts back May 23rd within the 30 day return window. The odd thing is the *** form says to send the parts to ShopJimmy (see documents). So I did. I waited a couple of weeks, but no refund to my charge card account. I emailed ShopJimmy as to the status of my return and ************, the rep from ShopJimmy, emailed me back stating they had already credited my Pay Pal account- which is weird because I payed with my Chase credit card (see document). After a few emails ************** ******************************* finally figured it out that she refunded BigDog Electronics to their PayPal account and I was to contact Big dog Electronics for the refund which makes sense since my credit card was charge $73.93 by BigDog Electronics. Since then I have emailed them many times and called them specifically asking for ***************************** to contact me, but all I get is silence. ***************************** is the only name on the receipt. Another strange thing is when I call the number on the sheet my Caller ID says *********************** ** Repair. I really hope you can help me get back my $73.93. I have been very patient and do not like filing complaints, but they got their parts back and a refund which should of been given to me as well.
