    Hello,I received a letter from the ***************** on 8/22/2024 that I was owed a ambulatory charges to the Associated Emergency Physicians for the ambulance ride occurred in 11/13/2022. First of all, I have never received a bill from this Associated Emergency Physicians for the ambulance service provided until now that I am presented with a letter from the *****************, second, my insurance covers some if not all the ambulatory costs. I have confirmed with my health insurance provider that this Associated Emergency Physicians service provider has never filed a claim with my insurance company. This is unacceptable that the ambulance service provider did not try contacting and settle the bill with my insurance company within ******************************************************************************************************************************************* first. Now that my insurance company can't reimbursement the ambulance cost because the bill from the ***************** fell outside of the coverage period. I should not be responsible for the bill amount + fees & interests presented by the ***************** because I was not aware of this until now and my insurance company can't do anything about it.
