I worked a temp to hire job with LaSalle. The job was actually temporary. I received a permanent job with my own search 3 months after my temp assignment ended. Lasalle is still reporting to unemployment that I do not meet the qualifications for unemployment. I have told them several times that I am working and have not certified for unemployment. I've had 3 interviews in the last 10 weeks to tell unemployment I have been working since May. It's taking time out of my day to complete these interviews when Lasalle should remove me from their system.

Feedback For Your Recruiters: Do not cold call a potential talent and leave four daily voicemail messages without (1) indicating how you obtained an unlisted telephone number, (2) the position you are pitching, aka job title, and (3) salary. Most importantly, if the potential talent is not returning the recruiters call, take that as a sign of no interest. If the recruiter remains interested, follow up via LinkedIn like a professional. The calls I've received are verging on harassment.

I was fired for working required overtime and not removing it from my timesheet (aka slavery) then was disrespected for about 2 months while I worked on getting the equipment returned. They then attempted to block my unemployment claim. Do NOT work here.
