At the end of 2019 I purchased 6 tickets for Dinner With A View event that was going to take place in *******, ** in April 2020. I paid over $900 to reserve a dome and buy 6 dinner tickets. Then in April 2020 the event did not happen and was rescheduled, date TBD.I never heard back about this event until years later, when the event was rescheduled for April 2022. It turns out the event got rescheduled again until the next year, in 2023 (date TBD). During this time I relocated and moved out of *******. I didn't hear back from this vendor until April 2023 when they asked me last minute to attend the rescheduled event. I e-mailed them right after asking for a refund or an opportunity to attend a future event, but never heard back. At this point I have contacted them directly about 4 times and no response. I spent over $900 and received nothing in return at this point. I want to get my money refunded as soon as possible!I would like to follow up on the message I sent a few weeks ago (included again below for your reference) since I still have not heard back from you. Please let me know how you can rectify the situation, given I bought these tickets over 3 years ago and still have not received anything in return. I would like to fix the situation directly with you and not have to escalate the situation further. Registered for Step 1 of service on 1/19/23 and paid $119 fee. Emailed for extension to complete payment due to death of my father the following day which was granted. Paid additional $610 for specific date and time based on my companions availability on Jan 23rd. ***** receiving emails stating they could not honor date selected end of February however was unable to respond immediately as out of town settling father's estate and funeral. Ultimately, was unable to coordinate a rescheduled date with all involved and I requested a refund due to their inability to honor what was scheduled and paid for. They emailed they were not refunding my money although they were unable to honor was paid for. They also have not responded to further emails. I will be contacting my attorney for further action if this is not rectified as the date has come and gone.Initial Complaint

This is the one of the worst experiences with a company i have ever had. I purchased my tickets 3 years ago. They decided Bc of Covid to cancel. Then refused to give any refund. Then about a year later i got a email saying your new reservation is on this date. Not even asking or knowing what anyone is doing. Then they canceled it again. And then again a third time. Each time i reach out and they dont respond. It takes 10 emails and several weeks to months for them to respond. And they absolutely refuse to refund. This is fraud. Stay away. I purchased the tickets for dining event on February 27, 2020. Since then, the event postponed due to the pandemic. I was not able to get a refund (email exchange date issued April 14, 2020) then due to their no-refund policy. As the event was announced to occur in 2023 (announced via email on November 9, 2022), I reached out asking for a refund again as I no longer live in ******* (currently living in *********) (email sent February 5, 2023). After waiting for 2 weeks (they mention they'd respond in ***** hours), I got an email saying that a refund has been issued and it should take **** business days (email February 20, 2023). I waited for 10 business days and saw no refund, so I reached back out (email March 6, 2023). Again, after waiting for over a week, I got an email from them (March 15, 2023) saying that I was given an 'inaccurate information' and no refund will be issued. They also mentioned that I could sell the tickets instead. However, after checking their ******** page and Instagram, filled with complaints and negative reviews, I cannot sell these tickets to another person in good conscience. I already have an email in print that a refund will be issued. So I am demanding my refund.Initial Complaint

We purchased 6 tickets to dinner with a bee in *******. Upon arriving we waited an hour for drinks in which they were wrong and an hour and a half for food. The soup was cold, the chicken had so much salt we could not eat it. We complained to the server but they did not do anything to rectify the issue. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company directly by their email, social media and they have not responded. This experience was falsely advertised. There was no view, wet soggy grounds, the food was downright gross, cold and they advertised it would be cooked by celebrity chef. NOPE! For the amount of money we paid and this advertisement we left hungry and unable to finish our meals. When purchasing tickets they do not inform you of all the fees. You pay processing fee to book the event. You then prepay for the meal that also has a fee. Only after purchasing the meal (which by the way is not refundable) they inform you the price does not include drinks (not even water!) and the service fee. When you go and pay for the check they tack on service fee for your drink purchases AND your prepaid food amount. Plus another 3% credit card fee with no option to opt to pay cash. This experience is a complete scam and they should not be allowed to advertise like this and get away with it. We visited Friday March 10 7:30 reservation dome 13 Total meal was $493.07 (drinks, service fee on both prepaid meal and drinks) and credit card fee on both prepaid meal already paid for and drinks)$117.60 Dome reservation fee $915.19 Prepaid meal (includes processing fee)Total: $1525.86 Appreciate any help you can provide to rectify this issue.
