    I had a bikini wax and eyebrow threading on Wednesday 8/31. It was extremely painful and my skin was red and swollen afterwards. The technician applied an ointment afterward. I left the country early the next morning and a few days later, my skin began to peel and has subsequently developed post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation of my groin. I returned to the country the next week and called the salon. My number was taken and I was told the manager would call me back. No call received. I called back 2 days later, the exact same conversation took place. No call back. I called the salon a 3rd time, exact same conversation (spoke to Radha this time.) Again, no call back. I called a 4th time 9/16, after telling to same story and being asked the same questions, I was again told the manager would call. I asked for that persons name and the name of the manager, to which this person replied they did not know the managers name and proceeded to hang up on me. I then called the other location advertised on their website, Ideal Salon, where I spoke to another person who took my name and number. This time a manger did call back a few hours later. I explained the situation and was told I had waited to long to call and I could come show them my skin so they could understand what happened. But he could not refund my money because they had already paid the woman and could not get the money back. I repeated that I had been out of the country and had called them upon my return and had been calling for over a week with no response. He repeated that I should have called earlier and theres was nothing they could do. He said they keep all the wax at the same temperature and maybe I have sensitive skin. I replied that I have had more waxes than I can count and never had the pain or skin peeling and post-inflammatory pigmentary changes and that people make mistakes and clearly was a mistake on their part. He continued to repeat himself and I notified him of my intent to file a complaint.
