    This is my last try, after today I am handing email and text ************************** notification over to my attorney. I had this issue with Discover Card, and as a result, I won in civil court, and was awarded $9K for harassment. That being said, my family and I moved out of the ***************************** home located at ****************************************, over 11 months ago. Still,we are receiving notifications for someone else residing at that address. I have responded to each message with STOP, Cease and desist, "and yet the interruptions continue". As a courtesy, I am reaching out to ************************** via the BBB as a last-ditch effort to stop the harassment. I/we have nothing to do with *****************************, ************************, or any of its affiliates. It is not my responsibility to update ************************** of past or current tenants. Please remove *************************** ************************ and **************************** for any future ************************** emails. In addition, "please delete any information in those accounts. Cease and Desist ALL contact with my family. Any further communication will be seen as intentional. Note: The CAN-SPAM Act, a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have you stop emailing them.

    This is the third party that works with Pathlight and has been declining critical repairs to my home due to a water leak that has caused mold. We have been dealing with this for two weeks. The company has ignored the fact that I have a severe mold allergy. We need the mold removal and dry wall replacement completed as well as the driveway to be sealed to prevent continued leaks.

    Since ************************ has not provided an address, we are unable to comment on the specific matter at hand, but encourage ************************ to contact ******'s 24 hour hotline to provide additional information regarding this matter.  However, Lessen may only proceed with repairs if authorized by our client.  If a decision was made not to proceed with certain repairs,it was made by our client, not Lessen.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is ok enough since the property management company, Pathlight, is clearly difficult to contact. I still do not appreciate being blown off or the blame shifting between the companies. If I have this issue again I will submit a new complaint.
