      Don't fall into their bait and switch then threatening tactics if your insurance doesn't cover this company. (Also most of their friends and families' superficial reviews here). Either the owner or manager acted like a thug in his teen days. They never promised me any total quote/estimate and they put me in a position to pay what they just billed me for without informing me in detail later making the scope of work larger without my signoff, finally threatening to *** me even when the service wasn't even completed. The project manager promised me that he would try his best to claim the insurance so I only have to pay the deductible. Guess what, he never even checked with my insurance company before starting the job to see how the coverage would proceed, and then he sent me a contract for me to sign the same day with hourly rates (without any total estimate which is a no indication of how much they can up-charge you). Moreover, he wanted me to use his plumbers and that I had to pay out-of-pocket costs, then this plumber asked me to pay a $180 service fee (which I never saw in this area for a plumber) and a $450+ diagnostic fee which didn't even include repair fees (it was a simple 10 minutes check). Also, he conducted an asbestos testing without my knowledge (nor without any quotes again) and they're charging me $1000+. Now the insurance company said they don't even cover this and ***** out of the blind just sent me an invoice for $7000. His manager called and told me 'THIS IS WHAT WE QUOTED YOU AND I DON'T WANT TO LISTEN TO YOUR SUGGESTIONS. THIS IS WHAT WE QUOTED AND YOU JUST HAVE TO PAY UP. NO NEGOTIATIONS. IF YOU DON'T PAY UP WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS (mind me, you guys haven't finished the job yet) I GUARANTEE YOU I WILL MAKE YOU SUFFER AND PAY BY PUTTING A LIEN ON YOUR HOME BY THIS WEEKEND. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST RODEO AND I'VE WON MULTIPLE CASES FOR THIS COMPANY WE'VE DONE THIS SO MANY TIMES WITH CUSTOMERS AND WON COUNTLESS BATTLES.

      WMF s an exceptionally great company. We had an urgent situation and he didn't hesitate to help without asking for anything in return upfront as he learned we are in a challenging situation with my wife being 7.5 months pregnant and in the middle of the coronavirus crisis and being forced to move because of mold. Of course I didn't accept for him to work for free, so we agreed he will come and take a look and do measurements which is very valuable for us to understand what we are dealing with.**** at WMF is a true expert, but also a good people, hire them and you will be in good hands.

      Outstanding service, which is rare these days! Special thanks to ****! He answered all our questions and maintained a very calm demeanor the entire time. I loved their excellent response times, which reduced the amount of harm caused by the leak.The crew was very efficient as well. They fixed the water leak as rapidly as possible without sacrificing the quality of the work and coordinated with other contractors. WMF went above and above to keep me informed as work was being done on the house of my elderly parents. I wish I could have had the same outcomes from other service providers since I was so happy with their business.

      The great thing about this company is they offer a multitude of services when it comes to home restoration. I don't have to go through a bunch of different channels in order to get everything done. I called Water Mold Fire Restoration to take care of the damage, restore my property, and even place my items in storage while they do so. Its comforting to know who to call next time I am in need of restoration services.

      Recently used Water **** Fire Restoration to address smoke and fire damage following a kitchen fire. *** and his team were able to address all my needs. The work was professionally done and did not exceed initial estimate. WMFs invoice was very detailed and made the insurance claim much easier than if I'd have to do it on my own. Highly recommend WMF and their team for repair of fire and smoke damage.

      Everyone we dealt with at WMF were so professional and understandable. In the middle of the night he came to help us with a mold issue. He took all the precautions and with his professionalism helped ** to resolve the issue. Definitely don't hesitate to hire them.

      Incredible customer service, something you don't see much of these days. **** took time to explain everything to us before he started the work. He communicated with other contractors to get the water leak repaired as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the work. As the repairs were being made on my elderly parents home, WMF went above and beyond to keep me in the loop. The response time was excellent, minimizing the amount of damage from the leak. I was so very pleased with this company, I only wish I got these results from other service providers.
