5 starsChicago Flooring did a great job picking up where another company had fallen short. **** and his crew sanded, repaired and refinished the main and second floors of our house. This was part of a gut renovation, and we wanted the floors to be as perfect as possible. He worked with us on multiple stain samples until we found exactly the right process to lighten the floors from very dark to light. He was patient, asked good questions and kept us informed as the project progressed. The job took over two weeks to complete, but we appreciate him not ******* so that each coat had time to dry and react with the wood. If we ever had a need, I would not hesitate to call them again.Review fromAlan T

5 starsChicago Flooring Group did an amazing job refinishing my floors. They worked through multiple issues. This included water damage and fixing shortcuts previous teams took on the floors when refinishing. Their team put in the extra effort and it was appreciated. They even worked with me on finding the best stain solution when they discovered multiple wood types in my home and transitions. The team was great to work with and their communication was fantastic. 5 starsM wife and I could not be happier with the way are floors turned out. We had hardwood that needed sanding and 2 rooms that needed new hardwood. The way the rooms turned out is amazing.I have recommended them to people I know for flooring and will continue that is how happy we are with tye floorsChicago Flooring Group, Inc.

5 starsI am thrilled with my new wood floors. ****'s group did an amazing job. I had some rooms with ceramic tile that they had to demolish. Then lay the plywood and then the new wood. Two rooms had hardwood in a different stain so they sanded those two rooms and everything was stained in the same beautiful color.All the crews had amazing customer service. No questions were too small or too detailed. I thought the price was expensive but after they were finished I realized that it was a bargain for all the detail and care that I got. I cannot recommend **** and his crew more highlyChicago Flooring Group, Inc.
