    I placed an order on 1/28/23 for the Chocolate ******************** Platter, $49.99 ($55.11 with tax). It was delivered the following day, 1/29/23, but what was delivered was not even close to what the platter included. The platter included 6 chocolate dipped strawberries, 2 chocolate covered ****** crackers, cookies and bavarian pretzels along with 3 mini cheesecakes with a chocolate dipped strawberry, chocolate banana and chocolate pineapple on top. What my daughter received was a box with 2 chocolate apple slices, 2 chocolate banana pieces, 2 chocolate dipped strawberries, old dried and cracked chocolate covered mini pretzels and 2 chocolate chip cookies, all in cupcake paper liners. I contacted the store on 1/30/23 and 2/1/23, left voicemails that went unreturned. Contacted customer service on 1/30/23 and spoke with ******-e-Sadoor and was told that he contacted the store and would take care of this, if I did not hear back within 24 hours, to call again. On 2/1/23 I contacted him again and was told that the store would be refunding me within 30 mins. I asked for something in writing and he stated I would get an email when the refund was issued. On 2/3/23 I contacted customer service again and this time spoke with ***, explained I had not received that refund email yet. He contacted the store and then confirmed my mailing address and stated I would be issued a check refund. I again asked for something in writing and he again stated I would receive an email once the refund was issued. It is now 5+ business days later and I still have not received any type of refund email. In addition, I submitted 2 emails about this to customer service through the web, no replies. I understand that stores are franchise owned but Edible Arrangement corporate should handle these situations much better. I will make sure to share my experience with anyone who asks about this company and warn them of the poor handling of this situation.
