      I have been a long customer of the Birds Eye products. Since last year, they have continuing problems with leaking product out if their poorly designed packaging before, during after microwaving the products. I have called a few times since Oct. 2022 and provided all of the information required. I tried yesterday and was on hold for over 30 mins. and finally hung up. I called today and finally got through to an employee ******* who after asking me all the questions said because I called about the SAME problems, they would not send me any Replacement coupons. So I asked for a manager and of course the standard answer is "No Manager Available and they NEVER return a call. We have a large family and from now on we will be buying Green ****** ********, etc. Conagra is a Billion dollar company and you would think they would appreciate our comments and apologize for such a poor package design that leaks and be happy to replace their defective products. We should all get together and boycott this company and make others aware of their apathy. Until their revenue is affected. they will continue down the same road.

      I hadnt been able to find it at my local grocery stores in a long time, beginning when COVID started. I was really excited when I found them on the shelf last week so I grabbed two boxes. I was preparing the dough from the first box and noticed several bright pinks streaks in the dough. I threw it away figuring whatever it was it couldnt be good. I began preparing the dough from the second box and found the same pinks streaks. I did some research and found that it is a harmful bacteria called Serratia marcescens. This bacteria is harmful to humans and can cause many illnesses, some very severe. I called customer service to let them know so that they could do what they need to do to recall the contaminated dough from the shelves. They were supposed to email me so that I could send pictures, but they never sent the email, so I submitted a review online to warn customers. They would not post my review.

      Have been buying (and enjoying) Purple Carrot products for a while. Purchased one that was not sealed - no big deal contact the company and get a coupon to replace? At least that's what you'd think!No - Purple Carrot can only replace subscription meal, "contact our production partner ConAgra". OK - do that supply the details (again!) - but the get the "We do not have Purple Carrot coupons, you will have to choose another ConAgra brand".Eh, no - I purchased a defective product - if you can't replace it with a coupon then refund the $5 it cost. "That is not ConAgra policy, we cannot do that". They even had someone call me after I e mailed the **************** to tell them how crooked and downright unacceptable this "policy" is. All she did was reitterate the same spiel they'd e mailed me and therefore waste both our time!

      They should allow us to give a negative star rating on here. I had purchased a BIRDS EYE VEGGIE MADE PASTA MEATBALL MARINARA family size pack and had broken a tooth on a 1/4 inch chunk of bone in one of the meatballs. I brought this to the company's attention and was told they couldn't help me because I no longer had the packaging from over a month ago (because it took me over a month to get into the dentist to get that tooth fixed due to my dentist being away on vacation) and they declined to mover forward in reimbursement for the $350 it cost me to have that tooth fixed with a filling. I had the bone, a picture of the packaging, the invoice for the tooth repair, and even the receipt from the purchase of the meal. They also didn't bring this up right away. I spent a week trying to get in touch with them reaching out to the number that they gave me to call and having that number tell me that they weren't open even though each of my calls were within their "operating hours", so I called back on the number they had reached out to me on a couple times instead of the number they gave me to even get to talk to someone. If this is how they operate then I will NEVER purchase their products again and can't believe how disrespectful they are when a product of theirs caused physical damage to myself and their unwillingness to make it right. Absolutely despicable in my opinion when all I was asking for was to be reimbursed for the money I had to spend to fix what their negligence caused me. I would highly recommend not purchasing that meal from them, but if you do and break a tooth on a chunk of bone in there be sure you SAVE THE PACKAGING because they will blow you off if you don't. I'm sure even if you do have the packaging they will have another excuse to not take care of you, but at least I can warn you about this. They are a terrible and despicable company for treating people this way and I am ****** disgusted with this whole situation.

      We have spoken with the consumer and assured him that all information reported will be shared with the appropriate personnel. Per company policy, we require the manufacturing code from the reported packaging. The consumer submitted a photo for a completely different product.

      Poor company they are the producers of great value peanut butter but claim not to be won't except responsibility for their actions after I found and bit into a approximately 4" long 1/4" wide serrated edged object in the lower half my peanut butter jar.

      I used to purchase LaChoy Chicken **** Mein on a regular basis. It was a great product. I used to buy it in college. It stayed the same for at least 50 years because it was a great comfort food. All of a sudden a year or so ago some genius at Conagra decided to change the recipe and ruined it. I have not read one review that thinks the new formulation is better. However, Conagra in their infinite wisdom has not responded to the vast public sentiment and gone back to the original recipe or at least produced it both ways for those of us (the majority) who liked the original better. It is probably the result of some useless Exec at Conagra who got a big bonus for making this idiotic decision with no justification and now they are too entrenched to do the right thing. This is in keeping with management changing things to look like they are doing something. "If it ain't broke - fix it!" (always a winning axiom) All I know is that I will not be buying the spectacular disaster - LaChoy Chicken **** Mein with White **** Chicken in Sauce and Asian-Style Vegetables (new but not improved version). It is terrible. This is akin to Coke changing the recipe for their original formulation. That worked out well! Great job **************************** - President and Chief Executive Officer.
