  Hi. My name is *****************************. 7 years ago, I received a letter in the mail, from the *** (Polish National Alliance) with my name on it. Then I called and verified with their agent that this was a life insurance policy where I was the insured. My mother the beneficiary upon my death to collect ******. I confronted my mother and, she denied it, tried to rip the letter from my hands, and then over the last few years managed to turn my siblings against me saying I lied about this matter. In the last two weeks, I called the ***, to verify again, I wanted proof to show my siblings, and to confront my mother about it again. Instead, I got red flagged, and I'm not allowed to call anymore. Even though I clearly stated to the ***/ LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY. That It was Unauthorized, and that my signatures past the age of 18 were forged. I had no idea of this policy, and that I wanted it investigated. I was emailed then yesterday that the certificate was no longer in effect. My mother got scared and closed the account. I also want to point out that my mother started this policy when I as younger but forged my signatures after I turned 18. she never mentioned it to me. she stopped making payments when i got married in 2017. left the account open, up until a few days ago. I don't trust her, and i wanted my case investigated, i ************** to look at the policy. I want to know what she did with my social security number, and the company is not compliant.

  I am rejecting this response because:

       The business is refusing to give me information when frankly they do have my social security number on file. When I received a letter under my name in 2017, I called, and they gave me information stating by phone a female voice said : That it was indeed a life insurance policy under my name. If my mother got an insurance policy under my name Of course she is the owner of the account, I was a child then, she may have not needed signatures from me. but when I did call, they asked me for my social security number which I then gave, and they proceeded to give me information. I called because, I wanted to get its straightened out with my family since my mother is quiet about it.

       My legal name is on it. My social security number as well. These are things I take seriously because, it's my sensitive information. All I ask of the company is to tell me exactly what that account was about. I don't think I am going to stop looking until I find it out. And until that company gives me the information, I will continue pressing this issue.

       In response to their letter. When I called in 2017, I was told that the last payment was made in January 2017. Then after I started calling in these last two months and emailing to get information because my name and social were involved without my knowledge my mother closed the account without explaining to me what it was. When I know I was told in 2017 that it was a life insurance policy on me with her as the beneficiary. I mentioned this to my family, being that I was always sick as a child, and if this indeed was a Life Insurance Policy where my mother was the beneficiary then the Polish Alliance is just trying to cover their selves. Because I can go legal and take this to the social media, News, and destroy the company. The reasons being:

       If it is true that this was a Life Insurance Policy then this means my mother was making me sick I have lived away from her for 17 years and have not been sick at all. When as a child I was sick almost always. This means that this could very well be a case of Munchausen syndrome by proxy (MSBP) is a mental health condition in which a caregiver makes up or causes an illness or injury in a person under their care, such as a child, an elderly adult, or a person who has a disability. Because vulnerable people are the victims, MSBP is a form of child abuse or elder abuse. This very well means that My mother was making me sick. I really feel this was the case. 

       Not to mention that when I confronted her about it, she tried to rip the paper away from my hands. When I asked her to explain it she said it was for college. Which I know is a lie, because she never mentioned to me that I could go to college. The account wasn't closed until about 2-3 weeks ago, and I am *********************************************************** 2017, where I was between ***** years old. And even then in 2017 I wasn't told anything about college. As far as I knew, I couldn't afford it. . My mother is a very crazy woman who has attempted several times to break up my relationship with my wife. I do not trust my mother which is why I need this information once and for all to figure out whether I am just going to block her out for life, or if I am going to give her an apology and mend the relationship and forgive and forget.

       If the Polish Alliance would give me that information I ask, I solemnly swear that I will not go legal about this, and that I will ONLY use that information to either block my mother from my life, or mend things with her. But this has not been sitting well with me for these years since I was told it was a Life Insurance on me. And my sensitive information was out there without my consent. To me that's what this is about. I want it in writing that it was in fact a life insurance policy, I want some of those records, and I want to show my siblings so that they stop attacking me saying that I am crazy, because my mother is a crazy person who has turned them all against me. 

       My mother would not be able to fight it in court against the Insurance company because she barely has money ever. So, if the company is afraid of her suing them that's not going to happen, she hasn't been able to afford an attorney to divorce her from my father and is in debt with her car. I do promise that if I do not receive any information I will go to the ******** will go to the News, because this is a serious case that apparently a lot of children are going thru. If this company ignores what could be going on with people, or what people could be doing with their children, then they should be investigated. Not everyone has kind intentions when getting a Life Insurance Policy. Without this, I do not know what to do. I am not sleeping well at night. I do not sleep at all..

       I do not plan on going public about this matter unless I have the information I need. I do not want this stress. But I am not sleeping, My mothers turned the family against me, and I am at this point desperate to get that information. I only want to see for myself and decide whether to disown my mother because this could mean my illnesses as a child are linked with this policy...but I do not plan on suing my mother at all. just need to sleep at night. need to know the truth about my mother and need to straighten it out with her and my siblings. If the company could do this, I would appreciate it immensely. and I would be at peace. I am not trying to be aggressive, I'm just extremely disappointed in my mom, and I need to know the truth. 

       And with that being said, I will not rest until I get the facts. I do not think the BBB should accept their response either, because their response is just that they cannot give information away, they responded this way to not get a negative review from the BBB, as opposed to not responding at all., but they are not helping my case. I deserved to know for sure in writing what the account with my sensitive information was about. At least that if I cannot get any records. But Like I said I will go legal, and I will go to the Media/News If I don't get the Polish Alliances support in my case/situation
