      I am filing this complaint due to the unacceptable and unresolved issue regarding Order #301088 placed with George Lauterer Corporation on November 26, 2024, at 10:33 PM via their website. The order, totaling $404.00, was supposed to arrive by February 28, 2025. As of today, July 5, 2025, I have not received the product, any status updates, or a valid explanation.
      I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with the company, including a formal written request for a full refund. Despite allowing more than enough time for delivery and communication, I have received no response and no resolution. This level of disregard for a paying customer is unacceptable and unprofessional.
      George Lauterer Corp has failed to deliver the purchased item, failed to communicate, and failed to process a refund. This is not only poor customer service but also a clear violation of basic consumer rights.
      I am requesting the BBB’s assistance in holding this business accountable and urge others to use caution before ordering from this company. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with further action through my payment provider and other consumer protection channels.

      I placed an order with Lauterer 10/29/24 and still have not received it. I call and all they keep saying its 2 weeks. I called on 2/23/25 and now I have been told by the end of March. What I cant understand is why are you not letting your Customer aware of what is going on. This is not good for your business.

      I am so disappointed in this company. I placed an order over a month ago that was originally only supposed to take 2 weeks to get. To this day I still have not received my order. I have been calling every other day to check on my order. I was told first, some of the items I purchased were on back order and to give it a week. I called a week later and the lady that does the engraving was not in. I called the next day and was promised the order will be mailed by that Friday. The following Monday I called and of course the order was not shipped and the lady was out again. I called the next day and was promised again the order will be expressed to me. So here we are today, 12/11, I called to see if I could get a tracking number and of course, the order was not shipped, once again. This order was placed 11/6/2024. Now a woman, by the name of ***** stated it was going out today and she would call back with the tracking number. I am so disappointed, especially due to the fact this was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband, which his birthday is tomorrow. I do no know how people conduct business like this. This company does not deserve 1 star!

      Very disappointed...I have been ordering for many years with problems here and there. Recently I called in an order because I wanted to be sure I could get it in time for a Grand Masonic session. I was assured I would receive it in time, to the address at the location. Not only did I ever received the items, nobody would answer the phone on 4 occasions. Finally got someone and she said that they didn't have enough of the item and it wasn't even shipped, nor the engraving started...then says I can credit you for the extra shipping of $6...??? I needed my items ..it was extremely embarrassing not to have them at the promised time ..no phone call no notification...nothing. This is not how business should be done..We will have to start doing business overseas to get our items...so disapointed..requested a callback from owner..yet to have that happen.

      Placed order with George Lauterer Company 8/12/23. Received no feedback / follow-up from any representative regarding status of order. Called twice spoke with a man, was given the run around/excuses about being short staff which is not my problem. Second time, spoke with a lady was told, they don't answer all phone calls or emails. Have left a total of 13 messages (phone, email and on website with no response. Requested refund for order, no response.

      The **************** from this firm rating from a 1 to a 5, I rate them a 0. I placed an order in August. and as of this month the merchandise has not been received. Either youre unable to reach them or they answer with an excuse after excuse. I truly cant understand how they stay in business. Im unable to refer anyone to them. Ive requested a refund.

      On 8/12/22 I purchased service year pins twelve in total. Only five were shipped to me with a statement that they were on backorder. I contacted the company again via phone on 9/9/22 to state I am still missing seven of the twelve pins I ordered and was told the pins would ship by end of week. I reached out via email again on 9/20/22 to follow up on the shipment as nothing of the status in my account had been documented of items being shipped per the conversation. On 10/11/22 I received a email stating it was on oversight and they had updated the backorder. As of 11/1/2022 there was still no shipment or items received. No response. 11/21/22 another email inquiring was sent and non response. On 12/16/22 I sent another inquiry about my order as well as 1/17/23 and to date this company has failed to respond, refund or provide me with the items I purchased.
