    I brought my fathers remains to Johnson Funeral home for his services to be held there, upon his funeral and service I asked the funeral director not to give anyone his Death Certificates but instead there where Death certificate given to my untie and mail to my uncles house. My untie walked into the funeral home and was handed one of the certificates when i am his power of attorney and no one shouldve been given any death certificate except me. At this point my dad has had his money robbed from the bank because of the actions that had taken place at this Funeral home can you please help me resolve this action thanks in advance for your response.

    The transaction occurred on 10/27/2022. I paid Johnson Funeral Services $4,000.00 via a cashier's check for an autopsy to be performed on my brother. Mr. ********************** reported that he doesn't perform autopsies, but he knows a coroner by the name of Dr. ***** *************), who does them and that Dr. ***** charges $4,000.00. After speaking with Dr. ***** on 10/28/2022, he informed me that he would only charge me for the autopsy and not the toxicology, because my brother was embalmed, he was not able to perform the toxicology. On 11/02/2022, Mr. ********************** informed me that Dr. ***** would reimburse me $500.00 because he was not able to perform the toxicology. After speaking with Dr. ***** on 11/03/2022, he informed me that he would only charge me $650.00. Dr. ***** stated that the toxicology would have costed $1,070.00. When I mentioned to Dr. ***** in regard to the charge of $4,000.00, he said he did not know what I was talking about. Dr. ***** stated his fee for an autopsy is $650.00 and for a toxicology $1,070.00. Dr. ***** stated, he was only charging me $650.00, I asked Mr. ********************** about the charges and he could not explain them. I asked for an itemized invoice and what I am submitting to you is the second invoice he has given to me, the first one was illegible. Mr. ********************** has reimbursed me $1,250.00, I would like for him to explain the other fees. His assistant ***** was speaking of pre-embalmment fees, my brother was already embalmed, so I should not have to pay for pre-embalmment fees. I would like for Mr. ********************** to explain how he came up with the figure of $4,000.00, Dr. ***** stated he has never charged anyone this amount of money for an autopsy. I would also like to know how Mr. ********************** is charging me for private full autopsy service, when he wasn't the one who performed the autopsy. According to the invoice, there isn't a breakdown of how many hours spent for the autopsy facility rental and the $650.00 that Dr. ***** charged, is not on the invoice.

    I had H32**3432353837383430H for my father there on July 24, 2022. i and my father&#**;s girlfriend were responsible for the bill. I paid $5,774.27 toward the bill and his girlfriend had a remaining balance of $6,949.27. The H32**3432353837383430H home has not been paid because there is dispute with the insurance company, The remaining balance of $6,949.27 has not been p aid to the business. But H313235****34**383236H&#**;s submitted $9,851.77 to the insurance company to be paid to the business. I also want to add that my dad&#**;s girlfriend works for the H32**3432353837383430H home. I tried to contact the manager, ****** on several occasions and she never called me back.
