  The entire duration of the project, it felt like we were an afterthought. Communication, both with their own workers and with us as customers, was abysmal. There were way too many prolonged periods of radio silence despite attempts to reach out for information, and way too many times in which we were not listened to, especially in regards to scheduling anything. At one point, someone showed up late in the evening to deliver additional materials and haul away the old deck scraps. This wouldn't have been a problem had I known they were coming, but this was not communicated. Instead, they just showed up in the alley and hopped the fence, and I had to confront them to find out who they were.It ultimately took over three months to complete a project that we were told would take two weeks to complete upon signing the contract. Several contractual items were forgotten about during construction and needed to be addressed after the fact. It turns out these forgotten items were never communicated to the workers in the first place, and they wound up having to return on a weekend once it was acknowledged that these items were missed. Even after that, there was still minor electrical work that needed to be completed, and when the electrician came out, I learned that the workers had severed the electrical that was previously there, leaving a hazard under the deck for weeks, unbeknownst to us, which led to more work for the electrician as well. While the finished product wound up being quite nice in the end, based on this experience, I would not seek additional services from ***, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

  DBR Home Builders are very unprofessional. The management and staff do not follow up but will try to force you into committing to a purchase. ******** one of the managers there is one of the worst. Be sure to search through their reviews including the bad ones because *** has a pattern of poor customer service. *** stands for Doing Business wRong.

  ****** please stop posting these false negative reviews all over the internet. We apologize if you thought you had a bad experience with one of our representatives however you berating him with negative comments and calling him a jerk all over the internet is not going to solve anything. We came out and gave you a free estimate and you said it was above your budget which means our business relationship ends there. You requested a written proposal even though you have no intentions of moving forward with our company. The BBB even shut down this request because obviously it makes no sense. Now per your own words --you're on a mission to waste our time. Please stop -- you're saying our representative was rude however he never made any harsh comments or said anything bad -- it was only how you perceived his mannerism so you're the one being rude with the name calling and being prejudice/judgmental. This is harassment at this point and needs to stop.
