    Hired him as General Contractor for **********************Date of Hire: April 18th for Duplex Down Cost of Entire Project: $55,000 Date of Permit: July 21st, ******************************************* September Inspections did not pass second time January and February Everything is included in the $55,000, labor, materials, kitchen cabinets, vanities, lighting, concrete, basement dug out, bathtubs, tiles, **** system, All new electrical and plumbing according to any inspections.I have paid a total of $48, ****** of the $55,000, PLUS $3400 extra for plumbing after inspection that needed more to be done on the plumbing. Also, $2350 for upgrades that included hard wired ring cameras, recessed lighting in kitchen and living room as well as USB outlets. He walked off the job. I do not have the kitchen cabinets, the **** system, the inspections are not done yet by the city, I do not have the windows that I paid for. He is not responding to any of my texts, calls or emails. I have even stated that if he does not want to do the job, I can get another contractor, I just need the Kitchen Cabinets, ****, Drywall and windows plus labor I paid. I also need the inspection violations in order to give to another contractor.He has not done any work for over a week. Since February 18th. No return emails, calls, or texts. I tried to work it out with him via a phone call on Wednesday, February 22, to no avail. I have not heard from him since then.
