    I hired ******* ******, Pandas Brand Construction LLC on March 16, 2025, listed on ******* List, to paint living room and kitchen, install kitchen floor, install kitchen cabinets, drywall and complete a utility room totaling $6,700. He will try to get as much money out of you as he can, by walking through your house saying different things need to be fixed, that is not broken. However, I gave him half the deposit of $2,000 on 3/16/25 and remaining deposit balance of $1,375 on 3/17 the same day he came to my home with criminals, alcoholics and drug addicts; Whom I witnessed, fighting and drinking at my home. ******* and two others tore-up my house and sabotaged things like light switches and left never returning to fix or repairing anything. My home was left in ********. To date...4/23/25 nothing has been done and he ran off with my $3,375. This guy ******* ****** and Panda Brand Construction is a Fraud, he will pretend to act professional to get the business, but he doesn't know how to do the work. Therefore, to secure the contract with the customer; he will pretend as if he has employees to do the job, but he goes out and seek people on the streets (illegal aliens, criminals, ex-convicts, alcoholics and drug users). PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS GUY. If he tries to get business from you, please run as fast as you can. The business is a scam and he acts desperate for money. I want my deposit back. He scammed me and didn't fulfill anything he promised he could do. Attached is license that were submitted to me by ******* ****** upon getting the contract and money from me. I believe this license may be fraudulent.

    Good afternoon!!!
    This customer is a lier and I have emailed receipt and photos of work completed. This customer is heavy on medication and have serious issues I come to find out from her family member. I have witnesses who were there when I was told not to install cabinets because Menards installers was coming to install them which she didnt have to pay me for. Since I became a member with BBB customers have hired me again because of my quality work and professionalism.
