    I originally contacted *************************** who I believe is the owner of City Soles on December 20,2022 inquiring about boots. He proceeded to text me pictures of the boots. He assured me that customer service was his top priority and that purchased boots would come with a prepaid return label to make returns and exchanges easy and customer friendly.According to his policies purchased items would be refunded if returned unworn in 30 days. Refunds will be issued within 5 days of the receipt of the returned items. I bought two pair of boots on 12/21/2022. The first pair arrived on 12/24/22. They were too small. A return label was not included in the shipping as promised by *****. I texted him for a return label on 12/27. He did not respond. I texted again on 12/28 and he emailed me the label. I put the shoes in the mail12/28/22 via ***** I have the tracking number which shows they were received on 1/3/2023 at 4:40 PM. The second pair of boots arrived on 1/2/2022 and was not the pair that I ordered. It was a different pair. I asked ***** to email me a return label. Two texts later I received the return label via **** That pair was shipped back to ***** on that same day 1/2/2022 and tracking number shows that it was delivered to ***** on 1/6/2023 at 3:22 PM. I did not receive a refund. On January 28,2023 I texted ***** asking about the refund and if he had the shoes. He responded that he was traveling but the store should have received them and that he would contact the store to issue the refund. I did not receive a refund . since that time I have emailed the company on their web page form twice. The first time on 2/2/2023 the second time on 2/6/2023 with no response. I have called the store number multiple times and left messages without response and I have texted ***** directly inquiring about my refund. The first time on 2/2 the second time on 2/6. I have called his cell directly and left messages without response. I have the receipt and credit card bill showing that I paid City Soles $510 for merchandise that is documented as returned and I have yet to receive a refund or any type of response. On investigating the store on YELP it appears that I am not the first internet customer to have issues with ***** and not the first to not get refunded. His business tactics are horrible and I feel that he is basically performing an internet scam for which he should be held accountable. I would like the money that is due to me. I complied with his policies and he is basically stealing from me. I would appreciate any help that you can provide.

    On 1/3/2023 I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from City Soles totaling $140. The order # is *********. Invoice #*********.The shoes were Red ***************** by ********************* - BLACK/RED - 8/38 And Taj by Nalho - BLACK **** It has been ***************************************************** Ive emailed the company at both ******************************** and *********************************** to request an update about the status of my order.Ive called their store multiple times throughout the day at **************. It goes to voicemail each time. The one time I got through, I asked for City Soles and they hung up on **** prefer to have my shoes, but if they arent available then I need my refund.

    The items were not available to ship at the vendors warehouse. This was credited to Maylings CC on 2/5/2023 weve sent her email copies of her return credit on 2/5 and several emails prior to inform her of what was happening. *** also sent her an email copy of her return today 4/19/23

    she was refunded 2.5 months ago.

    $140.00 refund and was issued a coupon for her inconvenience HAPPYCUSTOMER30 for $30 off
