      Got food poisoning and stabbed in the gums by a piece of wood and they respond by sending me a coupon. What is a coupon going to do for me missing 3 days of work unpaid?

      Tried this company for the 1st time and will be my last! Ordered a Christmas gift for my brother. Website said it was in stock. Ordered on 12/14. Didnt ship until 12/21. My brother did not receive this basket until 12/27! Yep AFTER CHRISTMAS!Called their customer service. Asked to speak to a supervisor because the rep could have cared less that my brother had not received the basket in time for Christmas. Asked to speak to a supervisor. She said I would have to email her supervisor. I asked for the supervisors email and click was disconnected.Sent an email to their customer service email address on website. Received no response. Just wanted to talk to SOMEONE as to why this happened. And quite frankly wanted my money back! If they say weather was the reason..why did it *********** days to leave their warehouse?

      Received a gift from a person on fixed income - asked Hickory Farms to exchange the gift since we could not use it and they refused. No returns or exchanges on any items. It says nothing about this on their website when ordering so I don't believe it is even legal to have such a policy in the ** let alone California. Shame on you, Hickory Farms!!!

      I ordered four boxes of chudder as a Christmas gift. Only 1 box was delivered and I was over charged by about 100 dollars. I would not recommend buying from them again.

      TOTAL FAILURE ..NEVER GOT ORDER. Called and waited 37 mins to be DISCONNECTED.Emailed. A total of 6 times. Twice I received response saying THEY will call me. NEVER HAPPENED.Called again .. FINALLY talked to someone who promised it would be reshipped.NEVER GOT IT.***** and thieves.

      Worst customer service ever!!! I placed an order on 11/21 with a delivery date of 12/9. I called on 12/9 to see where my package was and was told they had until midnight to deliver by a snippy customer service rep. ****** again on 12/10 and was told the order was pending and to send an email to their customer service department because the phone rep could not see the ship info. Sent the email on the 12/10. ****** again because no response from the email and was told they have 48 hours to respond. Emailed again on the 12/12 telling them I am waiting for a response.****** 12/13 and talked to another rep and she told me she contacted her supervisor and found it would be delivered 12/23. Told them to cancel the order as this was too late.They charged my credit card on 11/21!!! I have called my credit card company to dispute this charge as I have canceled the order.WORST experience ever.Do not recommend!!!!
