    Hello, my name is ***************************** I am The daughter of *************************, the Voucher holder. My mother's voucher number is t0057860. I have been on my mother voucher for more than a decade. Mother had sign papers for years saying her voucher would transfer if she die. For some reason this year there was a letter send to me about recertification as her live in caregiver now I have filed the recertification for live in for years and it never ask about getting her voucher.So when they send it to me I would not check any of these boxes because my mother had already stated her voucher would come to me for decades.So I just called the office on today 11-15-22 at 3:18 I called the number ************ I spoke with a lady she take my mother ******* number and found who her case worker was and gave her number then switch me to her the number was ************ I spoke with a young women who stated that they will stop payment immediately and as soon as I get the death certificate to send it to them. I ask about the transfer of my mother ******* and she said because I was a live in care giver it could not be transfer and I would have to get on the wait list. This didn't seem right when my mother signed papers for years to say I would get her a voucher once she died.So I am asking for help in dealing with this problem again.
