    On May 24 I called Guitar center because they had a sale buy 3 lessons get one free, the advertisement gives you a telephone number to call and sign up. I called the phone number and signed up for the classes. The person who helped me over the phone failed to give me critical information, that this was a program and that my card will be charged monthly. I did not find out until my credit card statement was high and called Guitar center and ****** the store manager and she said that I agreed to terms and conditions and an e-mail was sent when I bought the first four lessons. If the employee who answered my phone call was properly trained, he would have told me that this was a monthly commitment and my account would be changed monthly. If the employee who answered my phone call was properly trained, I would have checked the e-mail to read terms and conditions for cancellation.My son attended only four classes, sometime in the middle of June, I called to let them know that my son was not going to make it to a class, and the person who answered the phone told me that it was okay that missed lessons get automatically reschedule for the next week and still failed to mention anything about the program.
