    I made a order in December 2024 right before Christmas. I never received the product and when they tried to bill me for another month I went into my account and tracked the first package which showed its been stuck in transit for almost a month. After I contact the customer service team they stated that after 14 days ordering they are no longer responsible for the package if its lost as they cant see the tracking. Clearly that is a lie because 2 days ago I logged into my conceive plus account and it showed it is stuck in transit. They have stolen my money and refused to return it and I have never had a company tell me if you don't contact them 14 days after it shipped to report you never got it they keep your money. I want my money back!

    Thank you for the opportunity to address this complaint regarding delivery issues.

    After thorough review, we must clarify that the address provided by the customer was incorrect, which led to the order being undeliverable. To ensure customer satisfaction, we are offering a full refund despite our disagreement with the claim. The customer placed her order on December 19, 2024, and it was shipped the same day with tracking information sent to the provided email address. Unfortunately, the email seems to have also been invalid, impacting our ability to communicate effectively.

    On January 19, 2025, the customer reported not receiving her package.  Our shipping policy requires that delivery issues be reported within 14 days of receiving tracking information, but the customer did not reach out until after that timeframe. Unfortunately, since the report was made outside of that time frame, we were unable to initiate a claim or locate the package through our carriers.
    Additionally, we received contact from the customer via telephone, during which interactions were aggressive and unprofessional toward our staff. We strive to provide excellent service and appreciate constructive feedback.
