I had **** work on gut rehabs of 2 houses. We signed contract agreements for the work that he and his team would provide, but he lied throughout the process, and we had to spend thousands of dollars to repair the mess his team left behind. The first house had problems, but they were nothing compared to what they did to the 2nd house (we were rehabbing both homes simultaneously). Both the ***** NEW furnace and one of the ** condensers didn't work. For over two months, we repeatedly asked him to fix it, and he said that they did everything they could to make it work. We finally got someone out to repair it, and he told us that 1) the ducts in the furnace room were crushed, the igniter and circuit board of the furnace were broken, 2) They did not install a shut off valve in the furnace room, 3) **** installed a two 2 ton condenser rather than the 3 ton that we contractually agreed upon, 4) my repair man also discovered that **** and his guys caused a leak in the condenser coils, so the freon was leaking in the unit and not cooling the house, which explained why **** and his guys "couldn't figure out the problem". (**** said they have to break my walls to replace the line set bc there might be a kink in it). Apparently, they tried to weld it, but were not successful, so they tried to bringing the new condenser back to the store to exchange it for a new one. But because his workers tampered with the coil, the warranty was now void. So they put the condenser back in the box and brought it back to my house and presented what they called a "new" condenser. I now understand why they "did everything they could to make the HV** work". lol. Don't get me started on how they messed up the plumbing and clogged the sewer line causing the toilets and showers to flood when used..... NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
