They sent an employee who started 2 weeks ago to my home to fix my AC. He blew my electricity and fried my AC. The electrical power to my fridge no longer works as a result after he left my home. Now after just purchasing a brand new AC in 2019, I have to get another. Do not use them. Run.

I can understand how upsetting it must be to learn about such a costly part malfunctioning, especially after only four years. From the recordings we reviewed, it appears that your dad, who also works in HVAC, left the unit running with low refrigerant for a couple of hot days. Unfortunately, this caused your compressor to overheat and ground out, resulting in a direct short which caused your circuit breaker to blow.While I understand that you may not be satisfied with the technician's level of experience, please know that he is trained to work on your type of equipment. Our tech support specialist was also present and assisting him throughout the entire process via video, and there is no evidence to suggest that the technician caused any problems. We understand your frustration and would like to help by offering you a discount for the repair.As a growing company in this industry, we take pride in providing great service to our customers every time.
