    January 19, 2021 My house caught afire. I called *************************** ************ ,what happened. He said do nothing til He talked to me. He came and said He would handel everything. He said, He would get a claim adjuster to act on my behalf. ************************ **************? ****************************************************************) was brought in. January 20, 2021 ************** said He himself would handel everything, and would have me back in my house in 9 to 10 months or so.Verbally I agreed. A few weeks l passed. I received a check from My Insurer Allstate for $163,200 some odd dollars, with My name and ************************* name on it. ************* said He would handel everything. So I signed and handed the check over to Him. Weeks later I received a other check for ? $25,000 +, for expenses, which I handed over to Him, and later another for $32.000. Which I kept for myself., however, upon depositing it at US Bank, ************* said to me, " why not give Him $20k of that check at 10% interest, and He would give me the interest in advance ( which He did ), and He'd return the principal back to me, 1 year later. So, I verbally agreed. One year later He said He used it for my repairs, (contrayer to our agreement that He would return the sum to me.) So now, 2 1/2 + Years later; ************* has not completed things agreed upon. windows were finally installed. 5/8/2024 Many repairs to the interior has been completed, however there remain a lot more to do, and now ************* ignores my pleas by text (of which I have copies of) and cell calls, and cannot be contacted in anyway.Work still to be completed included: window trims, basement tiles and dry wall taping and painting, furnace cabinet louvered door.lighting fixtures installed, new Rear door and new Front door, inner basement stairwell security door, kitchen oven, kitchen sink and counter top, coat closet door, Front entrance concrete stairs, inside door latches unfinished, air conditioning and duct work coverings. And $20k loan. Heip
