On 9/13/23, contractor confirmed receiving a dispursment and only minimal cosmetic work has been done. The person that they had come out has a list of work to be done but materials I selected were not provided to him (tile, sink, etc) to move forward. During text exchanges between 9/13 and 10/3, contractor stated that I use him while Hes there. I understood this to mean to give a worker that had been sent here for about 2 weeks work to doin the meantime of materials being ordered. I did just that. I even purchased materials for him to complete said work. On 10/10, contractor stopped the worker from coming to my house. Also, according to the contractor, the first delay was due to them awaiting a city inspection. They then agreed to proceed to completion despite this delay. I was also told that I would receive a written breakdown of monies spent so far. This is especially needed considering the new agreement to pay overages ozt of pocket. To date and after several inquiries, I have yet to receive this documentation. The last contact I had with the contractor is 10/5 where she agreed to answering my questions and providing documentation of spending. On 10/9 the lender attempted to reach out for an update. Contractor has not responded.

We hired rehab divas to rehab my mothers bathroom. We never received a final walk through from the Charletha who was overseeing the job. We contacted the business various times and was always promised someone would be out. There is also a plumbing issue that was not there prior to them doing the work. The contractor ****** who performed the work stated there was some concrete that fell in the drain. My mother is unable to take a shower or even run water in the sink without the water backing up and overflowing. **** attempted to take care of this with the company directly but they have promised to come out but they never show up on any agreed date. There is no communication they wont be there or anything. We have pictures, videos and texts to show the numerous times weve contacted the company. My mother is 74 years old and is unable to enjoy her newly rehabbed bathroom. It took years for her to save up enough money for this renovation and to be treated in this manner is simply ridiculous. The last communication we received from the company was they didnt have a plumber to send out and we would be contact. No one has reached out to us in months to rectify the problem. We are asking for assistance to remedy this issue with the business.
