I recently bought a home in ********** ******** and moved from out of state.********************************* was employed as my home inspector . He was highly recommended by my **** estate Agent. My house is infested with mice and chipmunks who were eating holes in my garage. He did not pick up on this when inspecting my house. As I was moving in I noticed all these odd holes in the garage in plain view. then it started, rodents running overhead in my bedroom chipmunks eating holes in my garage . I was eating dinner and there is this rodent right next to my dinner plate in the wall. He did not report that the main hall bath did not work, the dishwasher did not work, the refrigerator was leaking ,none of the outside lights worked no mention of this. He missed a hole in the wall of the house by the foundation at the front.Lots of rodent activity there. Needless to say I have had several companies out who say the rodents have been there for years So I am in the process of trying to fix all this. I reached out to him as well as my agent and there has been no reply from him in any form .I have emailed and called and nothing. This has been going on of over a month . Trust is the word that I use when speaking of this . I trusted him and He did not report or look out for me as a client.Nor has he made any attempt to rectify the situation. Then he claims his father died so that is why he did not respond .that was weeks ago. So I am cleaning up dead chipmunks and mice one was found in my bedroom.I could list more. I rate ********************************* co. Residential and Commercial Inspection service at ************************* Not only with no stars . But with a totally substandard inspection,. one that has cost me money stress and in the end the price of my home of which I payed full market value. He is unprofessional not responsible, and should not be an inspector of residential or commercial property. This is still an ongoing problem the rodents are not gone .No reply
