A ************ tenant has been working in ********, while collecting disability benefits for her two children. She has been collecting over $5,000 monthly from ****** Government. Despite her income, she and her boyfriend have been living for free in a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom for 3 years. She drives a nice car and owns expensive ****** Hiltons) pet dogs; she has money market accounts. Yet she has not paid credit cards, and there are 5-6 credit card judgements in a couple years. She did not lose her job nor her childrens SSI benefits have been reduced, but ******************************* of Sinai hospital applied government rental assistance during Covid. The judge signed eviction order for non-payments. I told her to call in the hearing but she refused. She has been ignoring all her court cases, but switch bank account They fraudulently told Cook County Sheriff and Cook ********************* that they are social workers and both children are disabled. It is hard to believe a child is disabled, physically or mentally. She had no sign of disability, physically, mentally, emotionally. Their responsibility is to find emergency shelter for homeless people. This case, the tenant is making more than $6,000 a month; she has not paid rents for 3 years; she has had ample opportunity to move out or find a new place. She doesnt want to move out because she and her boyfriend enjoy rent-free 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. They lied to Cook County Sheriff and Cook ********************* as if they are social workers, and delays eviction for no reason. They are enabling ************* to take advantage of governments, businesses and private citizens.
